We're looking for someone who can see beyond the numbers, understands the dynamics of the local market and can confidently influence commercial decisions across Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Previous Accor experience would be advantageous, particularly knowledge of Accor's revenue and distribution environment, but it is not essential. What matters most is strong hotel revenue management experience, commercial instinct and the ability to turn data into results.
