Your commercial skills could take you further than you think. If you're great with people, naturally spot opportunities and want to build a career with one of the world's leading hospitality businesses, we'd like to hear from you.

Who are we?

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is part of a global hospitality business, partnering with some of the world's most recognised hotel brands, including Hilton, IHG, Accor and Marriott.

We believe talented people can come from anywhere. Your experience might be in sales, recruitment, retail, travel, property, events, customer service, account management or something completely different. If you know how to build relationships, understand what customers need and turn opportunities into results, you could have exactly the skills we're looking for.

What's in it for you?

This is an opportunity to take the experience you already have and use it to build a career in hospitality.

As our Commercial Sales & Reservations Executive, you'll get exposure to the wider commercial operation of the hotel, working across sales, reservations, revenue and marketing. You'll learn how we attract new business, build relationships with corporate clients, convert enquiries, manage group bookings and ultimately drive the performance of the hotel.

You'll have the opportunity to attend networking events and exhibitions, create proposals, contribute ideas to marketing activity and work alongside teams from across the hotel.

And you won't be expected to arrive knowing everything about hotels. We'll help you learn the industry while giving you the opportunity to build on the strengths and experience you already have.

A Day in the Life of a Commercial Sales & Reservations Executive

There's plenty of variety.

You might start the day following up a potential new client or researching businesses we'd love to work with. Later, you could be preparing a corporate proposal, converting a group enquiry or working with our Front Desk team to make the most of a sales opportunity.

You'll also play an important part in reservations, responding to enquiries, managing group and corporate bookings and making sure everything is in place for our guests before they arrive.

Alongside this, you could be attending a networking event, contributing ideas for social media or email marketing, looking at competitor activity or sitting with the commercial team to understand how the hotel is performing.

It's a role where you'll be encouraged to get involved, ask questions, build relationships and bring your own ideas to the table.

What Do We Need From You?

First things first: Previous hotel sales experience isn't essential.

We're more interested in what you can bring.

You'll be someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships. You'll be confident picking up the phone, following up an opportunity or starting a conversation with someone new.

You'll have a strong customer focus, good attention to detail and the ability to keep yourself organised when there are several things happening at once.

You'll also have a commercial mindset. You don't need to know hotel revenue terminology on day one, but you should be curious about what drives performance, comfortable working towards results and motivated by seeing the difference your contribution can make.

Above all, we're looking for someone with the energy and ambition to learn.

Your Journey, Your Way

Where this role takes you is up to you.
You'll build experience across sales, reservations, revenue and marketing, giving you a strong foundation for a career in the commercial side of hospitality and the opportunity to discover where your strengths could take you next.
And because Aimbridge operates hotels across an international portfolio, joining us can open the door to opportunities beyond this role as your career develops.
You'll also have access to:
  • Industry-leading training and development opportunities
  • Hotel discounts across our portfolio, including staff rates and up to 50% off food and beverage
  • Wagestream, giving you access to up to 40% of your pay as it is earned and tools to support your financial wellbeing
  • 24/7 access to our employee assistance programme
  • Flexible working opportunities
  • Minimum 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, pro rata
  • Paid breaks
  • Career and lifestyle breaks
  • Free staff parking
