AWS Architect

Contract: 6 months+ | Location: UK | Working: Hybrid

Own the end-to-end architecture and design decisions for real-time, secure, and performant data flows between AWS, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365 F&O. This is a design-and-leadership role: the architect sets the integration patterns, standards, and performance targets, and leads a small development team to build against them

Key Responsibilities

• Design serverless and event-driven AWS solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge and Step Functions.
• Define integration architecture for Salesforce and Dynamics 365 F&O APIs and services.
• Establish standards for performance, scalability, security, resilience and observability.
• Own HLD/LLD, architecture decisions and integration designs.
• Lead and mentor a small development team and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Proven years of IT experience, with strong AWS Integration/Architecture expertise.
• Strong experience with serverless/event-driven integration architectures.
• Dynamics 365 F&O integration knowledge.
• Salesforce Integration - APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk), Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect
• Solid understanding of AWS IAM, OAuth 2.0, VPCs and Secrets Manager.
• Experience leading technical teams and working in enterprise environments.
