Nice to have

  • A good understanding of the property market, house sales process or Shared Ownership sector (desirable).

The role

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Resales Assistant to join our thriving Development team in Eastleigh for a 12-month secondment opportunity.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in supporting customers throughout the Shared Ownership resale process, ensuring they receive a great experience from their first enquiry through to completion. If you enjoy building relationships, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

  • Acting as the first point of contact for Shared Ownership resale enquiries.
  • Supporting customers through the resale journey via telephone, online channels and social media.
  • Providing administrative support to the Resales Team, including updating systems, processing invoices, maintaining records and coordinating documentation.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure marketing materials remain accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with sales progression activities to help keep transactions on track.
  • Capturing customer feedback and helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems.
  • Supporting promotional activities and attending events when required.

About the company & team

Abri is a large housing provider who own and manage more than 58,000 homes and various community assets, serving around 113,000 customers across the South of England.

We believe everyone has the right to a good quality safe, warm and sustainable home in a community where they can belong, grow and thrive. What does that look like in real terms?

We’re investing £689m over the next ten years in our existing homes to improve building safety and make them more energy efficient.

  • We’re delivering 10,000 homes by 2030, ensuring affordable housing is built where it’s needed most
  • We’re investing in our communities, to address local issues and create opportunities for everyone

As we grow, we’re re-establishing our strong local presence to provide a really good service. Abri has adopted a regional approach to service delivery, with our operating areas split into three, each with their local governance and leadership. This will ensure our colleagues are more visible, accountable and better connected to our customers and local communities to meet their diverse needs.
