4 on 4 off shift pattern alternating between days and nights

✨ About the Role

At Allied Bakeries, we're looking for a passionate and driven Logistics FLM to lead our Transport and Despatch teams. Reporting to the Logistics Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are safely prepared and delivered to customers on time and in full.

• 🔒 Driving a "Safety First" culture across all operations
• ⚠️ Supporting risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work are followed
• 📋 Ensuring full compliance with H&S standards, policies, and legislation

• 🚚 Ensuring all goods are accurately prepared, loaded, secured, and documented

• 💷 Managing and controlling shift costs (labour, absence, waste, damage, etc.)

• 💼 Proven experience in warehousing, transport, or logistics operations
• 🧑💼 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• 🔍 Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capability
• 🤝 Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• 🎯 A "completer‑finisher" with excellent attention to detail
• 📢 Confident communicator with a focus on best practice and improvement
